| Windswept Pine Ink Sketches on Vellum I enjoyed working with ink pens on vellum. The ink glides on the silk like vellum. I worked mostly on two to three layers for each sketch giving the work more depth. My intention was to do a series of ten pieces. I ended my series at thirty 5"x7" pieces and seven 8"x10". Log Book

| Log Book Keeping a log of paintings is good practice. As an artist it would be wonderful to spend precious time in the studio all of the time. However, I do find that taking care of artsy paperwork allows me to reflect on my works as a whole and make changes accordingly. Enjoy |
