Doodles

Sketching is a large aspect of being an artist, well it is for me.
Creating doodles gives me the opportunity to loosen up, clear the mind of any thoughts, let the hand move freely
without knowing what the end result will be.
As an artist there is without a doubt a process to creating a painting.  The planning stages take as much,
if not more time, as does the actual painting of the work itself.
For myself, my paintings always deviate a certain amount from the initial planning of the work.
It is a mystery to me why I work this way, but for the time being the results are to my liking so I will
continue until my artistic sub conscience decides otherwise.
